The development company of Grupo Magna World, which also represents the central axis of the group, began life in the Balearic Islands, back in 1988, with the development of two exclusive residential complexes, Portogolf Residencial and Jardines de Portogolf, situated very close to Puerto Adriano, in Palma de Mallorca.

At the beginning of the 21st century, the development company started to grow and expand on the Costa del Sol, the group's new headquarters transferring to Marbella with developments in all Costa del Sol: Marbella, Manilva and Sotogrande. Magna Development carrried out its best-known and most distinctive project, the luxury residential complex, Magna Marbella, in this town, along with a magnificent 9-hole golf course, both located in upper Puerto Banús, in Nueva Andalucía, with incredible views of the coast.

Magna Development is notable for its concept of unique properties, high-level architectural distinctiveness, buildings with quality materials and outstanding finishing.

In recent years, the activities of Magna Development have taken place throughout the Costa del Sol and inland Málaga: from Alhaurín el Grande, with the Valle Paraiso urbanization and the large-scale Plaza Central project situated in the town centre, to Manilva where the townhouses of the Magna Manilva by Melvin Villaroel and Magna Manilva II Phase urbanizations are located, without forgetting the luxury villas of Las Lomas de Magna Marbella.
